Life and Times of the Dillards

Can't believe it's 2010!

We're the Dillards and we live in Washington state. Perry is a 42 year old software developer and works for Epok, Inc. in addition to co-owning Steampunk Webwerks. Laura is a 40 year old chaos wrangler (stay at home mom). We have 4 children so it's chaotic but fun around our house. Our oldest turned 17 in November and is attending Edmonds Community College through the Running Start program. He is focusing on psychology and is really enjoying it. His passions are reading, writing, administering a website about the Warrior Cats series of books and playing games on the X-Box. Our hockey player just turned 14 in June and is playing on the Bantam AA hockey team at Seattle Junior Hockey Association. Our youngest son turned 10 in May and is really enjoying math this year. He taught himself to read so naturally he is teaching himself a lot of math and we continue to be impressed with his cognitive ability. Our only daughter is 9. Although she is definitely all girl and loves pink, she also can hang tough with her older brothers. She's taking ballet and hip hop as well as taking horse riding at the Horsemanship School. Her early Christmas present was a kitten that she has named Caledonia.

The flag background is in remembrance of those brave people who were targets of the September 11th, 2001 terrorist attacks and for those who gave their lives during rescue attempts. It is also in honour of all service men and women who sacrifice so that we can enjoy freedom. We salute you!
